ECONATUS

Corporate training – Personalized e-learning through facts & feelings

Econatus is a corporate training program connecting knowledge and skills training with the arts to promote deep climate awareness and action. Acknowledging the major challenge of responding to the climate crisis, Econatus offers an educational context that approaches both the intellectual and emotional aspects of the mind. Combining high-quality content with cutting-edge adaptive learning technology, which adapts the learning process to each learner’s needs, Econatus offers a unique path to personalized learning ensuring a competent workforce.

Through multidimensional learning*, Econatus teaches key subjects on the climate issue, covering scientific and technical – but also philosophical and existential – matters from a general to a more tailored, specialized level.

Our industry-specific training will help corporate clients acknowledge and accommodate the need for a green transition across their whole value chain. At the moment we focus on the construction and housing sector, promoting a push towards better energy efficiency and sustainable sourcing, construction and everyday lives of citizens.

MULTI-DIMENSIONAL LEARNING*

Econatus is based on two pillars of learning – one of cognition and one of feeling

The cognition pillar is facilitated by the adaptive e-learning platform Area9 Rhapsode™ created by our partner, the digital learning company Area9 Lyceum. The platform employs four dimensions of learning:

1. Knowledge (what we know and understand)

2. Character (how we behave and engage in the world)

3. Skills (how we use what we know)

4. Meta Learning (how we reflect and adapt)

The feeling pillar activates an Experience dimension i.e. emotion and reflection through the senses as a key didactic tool. This part employs contemporary works of art, literature, climate articles and documentary film for reflective exercises.
